Your corporate design: Consistently implemented around the world

A consistent corporate design is a prerequisite for successful trade show communication. After all, visitors should be able to recognize your brand at a glance among the numerous competitors – and then seamlessly associate it with your sales literature and digital presence later on.

We also apply the principle of uniformity to your international trade show appearances and campaigns. We develop your booth concepts so that they can be adapted to the regional requirements of your country and your specific exhibition. This is how we help you achieve a consistent brand presence around the world.

A brand and its international implementation

What does international implementation look like at Müller International Exhibit Services? We will be happy to show you how using the example of one of our clients, Soltec Energías Renovables. Since 2011, we have been working as exhibition booth builders for the Spanish solar tracking specialist, carrying out an annual trade show campaign in several locations around the world.

Varied and inexpensive

Expo booth construction in Germany

At first glance, you can see that, as trade show builders in Germany, we enjoy a lot of creative freedom and can implement our ideas relatively affordably: An intricate structure supports the lights for both general and spot lighting, and we even have two ceiling banners in use.

On closer inspection, you can also see the American concept at play. After the Intersolar in Munich, we dismantled the booth, shipped it, and reassembled it in Las Vegas. The individual elements are therefore lightweight and easy to assemble, helping to minimize transport and setup costs in the U.S.

We prefabricated the booth elements at our headquarters in Freiburg, located in the southwest of Germany, and then shipped them to Munich for assembly at Intersolar by our team.

Costly and regulated

Expo booth construction in the USA

The United States is one of the most important countries for trade shows, but it is also one of the most demanding. At many trade shows, only union members are allowed to set up booths, and there is a fee to transport materials into the hall. The cartage is calculated according to weight.

For the Munich show, we had already trimmed the booth for simplicity and lightweight construction – this now saves us transportation and assembly costs. We streamlined the ceiling area: The lighting has been eliminated and the ceiling suspension system has a much simpler design.

The booth setup was handled by our team from the Cocoa, Florida branch.

A culture of its own

Expo booth construction in South America

To build a trade show booth in South America, you need to be able to speak the language and adapt to the local circumstances. That is why we have been working with experienced local exhibition construction partners in Brazil for many years. They implement our concepts with the same high quality we are used to.

Since the São Paulo booth was very long and narrow, we redesigned the counter, booth enclosure and meeting room, and installed a ceiling banner as a connecting element. Despite all these changes, the booth maintained the same design as the previous two shows.

Summary

Consistent look and feel worldwide

As you can see: Despite all the regional and bureaucratic differences, our booth concepts are always 100% consistent with our clients' corporate design – with all the attention to detail that make a booth possible and cost-effective in the first place.
