Barrique cellar of the Oberkirch wine growers

An extraordinary project was created in the new, harmonious barrique cellar in the Vinotorium of the Oberkircher Winzer e.G. in Germany.
Here, we were able to support the company solum - büro für boden+geologie from Freiburg - to make the typical regional soil profile of the Oberkirch vineyards visible. Visitors can see and feel the granite weathering rocks which are so important for the Riesling and the Burgundy plants.
